“I’m excited,” the 13-year veteran teacher said about being a teacher. “I like school, I like being here. This is a fun place where great things happen. So when I walk in here I know it’s a fresh day and I’m going to have some wins and I’m going to have some challenges, but we’re going to get through this together.”
Long ago, Megan fell in love with France and the French language and is excited to share that love with her students. It opens their eyes to what is happening around the world, she says, “and embracing those differences really gets you far in life.”
“Complete joy,” she says in expressing how she feels about teaching. “These are not just my students, this is like an extension of my children, and I care about their success.”
Megan says she is grateful that her students are part of her life. “I’d like to thank my students for being them and for sharing themselves with me over they past 13 years.”
