Three of the 2018 Wisconsin Teachers of the Year are WEAC members: Wausau’s Brent Zinkel, a WEAC Region 2 member, who is the High School Teacher of the Year; Genoa City’s Mary Ellen Kanthack, a WEAC Region 7 member, who is the Elementary School Teacher of the Year; and Sheboygan’s Matthew Miller, a WEAC Region 3 member, who is the Special Services Teacher of the Year.
Sun Prairie’s Chris Gleason, a WEAC Region 6 member, is Wisconsin’s 2017 overall Teacher of the Year, and we recently had a chance to visit his classroom at Patrick Marsh Middle School and record this video:
