WEAC President Mary Bell presents a $50,000 contribution to Working America - Wisconsin on behalf of WEAC to Wisconsin State AFL-CIO President David Newby.
“We look forward to working with Working America – Wisconsin because they focus on working family issues that are important to our members and the families of the children we serve,” said Bell.
Many affiliates, across all sectors of the union movement, have made pledges and contributions to the ground-breaking Working America – Wisconsin project. Working America, the community affiliate of the AFL-CIO, is moving fast to reach its initial goal of recruiting 25,000 associate members by the end of the summer.
