- This presentation would be a discussion of the strategy and process present in Community Schools as they move toward transformation. This will include exploring a theory of improvement and finding ways to measure and communicate the impacts of our Community School actions.

- An introductory overview session aimed at those wanting to understand the core elements and model implementation over time.
Building Data Capacity and Telling Your Story: Lessons from Community School Evaluation
Presenter: Grant Sim, The Wisconsin Evaluation Collaborative (WEC)
- We will share data-collection and reporting mechanisms we have developed over our time as community school evaluation partners, including examples of formative reporting that can be used for co-interpretation with stakeholders and examples of summative reporting tailored to stakeholder audiences. We will also give space for participants to share challenges and successes Wisconsin community school initiatives have had when it comes to data capacity and communicating community schools’ impact with stakeholders.
