By requesting access to NEA360, the user agrees:
- WEAC member information will be treated with the strictest confidentiality at all times.
- NEA360 information and features will be used for association-related business only.
- NEA360 data may not be stored or transferred outside of the NEA360 system.
- No data or information from NEA360 may be divulged to any non‐WEAC entity or to any individual who does not have authorized NEA360 system access.
- NEA360 usernames and passwords are assigned to specific individuals and may not be shared.
- NEA360 accounts will require a password of at least 8 characters with a capital letter, a number, and a symbol. Unique phrases are recommended.
- Devices* used to access NEA360 must utilize some form of screen lock security (PIN, passphrase, biometric, swipe pattern, etc.).
- Devices* accessing NEA360 should be configured to lock after no more than 5 minutes of inactivity.
- In the event a device* with access to NEA360 is lost or stolen, or if the user has reason to believe that their credentials may have been compromised or there has been unauthorized access to association data via their device, the user will notify a WEAC NEA360 administrator immediately by sending an email to: Zacherj@weac.org, informationtechnology@weac.org. WEAC staff will have the password reset for NEA360 access. If the user has Microsoft 365, WEAC staff will assist in wiping the lost device clean.
- Devices* used must be kept current with manufacturer or network provided patches and updates. Devices (tablets and phones) must not be connected to a PC or laptop that does not have up to date and enabled anti-malware protection.

I understand that the data contained in, and the features provided by the NEA360 system are the property of the Association (National, State, Region and Local affiliates of the National Education Association) and will be used for Association purposes ONLY.
