Region 2 Board of Directors Meeting

The Board of Directors is the executive authority of the Region and empowered to direct the activities of the Region between the meetings of the Representative Assembly. The Board consists of the Officers, Executive Committee members, and the President of each Local Association (or their designated alternate).
The duties of the Board is to determine and manage the activities and programs of the Region as established by the Representative Assembly, including but not limited to the following:
a. Approve expenditures not in the budget by a two-thirds vote.
b. Select delegates to conferences, assemblies/ seminars and determine the amount of each stipend (if any).
c. Approve the payment of any stipends (if any) to the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Members At-Large.
d. Present a budget with a recommended per capita levy to RA for their approval
