9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
33 Nob Hill Road, Madison
Session Description: Restorative Practices are grounded in a framework that values all members of the school community and sees them as partners in creating safe and supportive schools. This framework includes a variety of practices for supporting the academic and social growth of every student and creating collaborative cultures.
In this training, you will learn what it means to be restorative, how restorative conversations and the circle process can be used in your daily practice, and how these practices connect to trauma-sensitive schools, social and emotional learning, and positive behavioral interventions. Everyone will leave with practices that can be used immediately. Join us in this fun, informative, and experiential session that will leave you feeling both refreshed and empowered. Registration includes a light breakfast and lunch both days.
Session is limited to 25 participants and is open only to WEAC members.
