Relationships between whites and Native Americans are often characterized by guilt and anger. Everything You Wanted to Know about Indians but Were Afraid to Ask cuts through the emotion and builds a foundation for true understanding and positive action in the classroom and in the community. This is a rare opportunity for Wisconsin educators to interact directly with the book’s author.
Dr. Treuer is the Professor of Ojibwe at Bemidji State University and author of 19 books. His equity, education, and cultural work has put him on a path of service around the region, the nation, and the world.
