Regulate 2 Educate

You care deeply about your students, but constant demands and exhaustion are taking their toll. It’s time to build the foundation that makes meaningful schools possible. This course gives educators the missing piece that makes everything else in the classroom work: nervous system regulation. You’ll learn simple, science-backed practices to support your own regulation, think clearly, and get inspired again. You’ll also gain tools to embed regulation into your classroom, fostering calm, connection, and authentic learning for both you and your students. This isn’t just survival—it’s the shift that makes teaching sustainable, empowering, and deeply rewarding again.

What to Expect
