Board of Directors Meetings

The Aspiring Educators Board of Directors Meeting will be held on Sunday, February 9 at the WEAC Office in Madison.

The Board of Directors Meeting is for all Local Chapter Officers and Advisors

Every local chapter officer is invited to participate in the February 9 meeting. Expected start time will be around 9:00 a.m.

Each local chapter president needs to fill in this RSVP form for members who will be attending by January 28  so we can reserve hotel rooms and order food.

WEAC will reserve hotel rooms for Saturday night, February 8 for chapters driving more than 60 miles to attend this meeting. Details on the hotel will be sent to those chapters who will need lodging once your RSVP your rooming needs on the form below.

WEAC will pay for a hotel room for your chapter for Saturday night (February 8) if you are traveling more than 60 miles one way or 120 miles round trip. WEAC usually puts 4 students in a room together so keep that in mind when you register who is attending. If you have more than 4 people attending from your chapter, they will be put in a room with another chapter with less than 4 people. We encourage carpooling to the meeting. We will pay for mileage at .30 a mile for one car per chapter. If you choose to drive separately for the meeting, mileage will not be reimbursed. One voucher per chapter will be provided to get reimbursed for mileage.
