Annual Meeting & Conference
The 2025 WEAC-Retired Annual Meeting and Conference will be held at the Oshkosh Convention Center in Oshkosh on Thursday, May 15, 2025.
The cost for the Conference is $60.00 if you register by May 1, 2025. You may also bring a guest for an additional $60.00.

A continental breakfast and lunch will be provided.
There will also be a silent auction and raffle prizes to benefit the NEA PAC Fund. Items must be picked up after the last session. Please consider donating an item for the auction. More information will follow from the PAC Fund Committee.
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Oshkosh Marriott Waterfront Hotel & Convention Center for Wednesday – May 14th. You are responsible for making your own hotel reservations. WEAC does not reimburse for rooms. Room rates are $119.00 (plus state and local taxes) for single or double occupancy. All rooms are billed an additional $3.00 nightly municipal facility use fee and 10% occupancy tax and 5% state sales tax. Any additional guests are $10 each per night. You may call the Oshkosh Waterfront at 920-230-3200 to make reservations. Please refer to the WEAC Retired block of rooms to get the WEAC room rate.
NOTE: The cut-off date for room reservations is Saturday, April 12 which is before the registration deadline.
