Schools across Wisconsin are facing growing shortages of teachers, education support professionals and substitute teachers. The long-term solution to rebuilding a stable education workforce starts with restoring educators’ right to negotiate, respecting our voices and improving low pay, WEAC President Peggy Wirtz-Olsen said in a recent radio interview.
