WEA Academy Terms & Conditions

Acceptance of Agreement. You agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein; this agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between The WEA Academy and you.

Cancellation Policy. Due to fees resulting in financial transactions an $18 fee will be accessed for the cancellation of any WEA Academy course within 10 days of registration. No refund will be granted after 10 days of course registration. Any refund of graduate credit cost paid will be solely at the discretion of the University to which your graduate credit fees were paid.

Copyright. The content, organization, graphics, design, and other matters related to the WEA Academy website or its online courses are protected under applicable copyrights and other proprietary laws including, but not limited to, intellectual property laws. The copying, reproduction, use, modification or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the WEA Academy website or Learning Management System is strictly prohibited without express prior written permission by the WEA Academy.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WEA Academy, our officers, partners, and employees from any and all liability, loss, damages, claims or expenses related to any violation of this agreement; including reasonable attorney fees expended in enforcement of this agreement or defending claims by third parties as a result of your violation of its terms and conditions.

Plagiarism: It is expected that all assignments, projects, reports, papers, online forums, examinations and any other work submitted to your instructor will be the student’s own work. The WEA Academy maintains high academic standards and does not tolerate any form of plagiarism. Any plagiarism by you may result in your expulsion from the WEA Academy course and forfeiture of any fees paid.
