English Language Learners are the fastest growing student population segment in The United States. Advocating for and Serving English Language Learners will equip teachers and ESPs with the knowledge, strategies, and understanding to assure ELL access to challenging curricula and English language development.

There are five modules in this course including:

• Stages of second language acquisition
• Standards-based instruction and lesson development
