WEAC RA Location and Hotel Information
The WEAC RA will be held at the Stoney Creek Hotel & Conference Center La Crosse-Onalaska at 3060 S. Kinney Coulee Rd., Onalaska. Delegates are responsible for making their own hotel reservations.
There is a WEAC delegate room block for Friday, April 19, and Saturday, April 20. Reservations must be made directly with the hotel by calling 1-608-781-3060 or 1-800-659-2220, and using WEAC’s unique group code: 2024WEAC. Delegates have until March 20 to reserve a room.
The room rate is $85.00 per night plus state and local taxes. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m., and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. The hotel’s front desk staff can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day.
