The deadline to reserve a room in the WEAC RA room block has passed. If you missed the deadline but want a room, you might be able to reserve one by contacting the Kalahari directly and as soon as possible at the phone number above.
Note: Kalahari does not permit outside food and beverage to be brought into any function space, including the convention hall. A late morning snack, box lunch, and a mid-afternoon snack will be provided. Beverages will be available to delegates from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION
The hotel and convention center are compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The buildings are large and cover a lot of ground area, and delegates can expect to do a lot of walking. Delegates with mobility concerns can contact the hotel about accommodations (877-254-5466), including a sleeping room closer to the convention center.
