If you find yourself in a situation where a meeting with a supervisor could lead to disciplinary action, you have a right to union representation and the right to say the following: "If this discussion could in any way lead to my being disciplined or terminated, I respectfully request that my union representative or steward be present at the meeting. Without representation, I choose not to answer any questions."
