Collective bargaining is the strongest and most empowering way to give educators a voice in advocating for great public education for every student. WEAC fights to restore and strengthen collective bargaining rights for public education employees and work hard to help WEAC local associations navigate the collective bargaining landscape in their communities and throughout the state.
WEAC staff regularly conduct collective bargaining workshops locally and statewide for local bargaining team members and members interested in getting more involved. Check with leaders and staff in your region to set up a training workshop.
