David Harswick Earns WEAC 2026 Cunningham, Dickinson, Watson Staff Award

David Harswick is the recipient of WEAC’s 2026 Cunningham, Dickinson, Watson Award for staff excellence.

Harswick is executive director the Green Bay Education Association.

WEAC executive director Bob Baxter said, “David was nominated for this award because of his skill, intelligence and effectiveness, and for being a generous colleague.”

Baxter presented the award to Harswick at the 2026 WEAC Representative Assembly in Oshkosh.
