AEW - Board of Directors Meeting October 2026

The Board of Directors Meeting is for all Local Chapter Officers and Advisors

Please Register for you and your local chapter officers who will be attending for planning purposes and hotel reservations, if needed.

WEAC will pay for a hotel room for your chapter for one night if you are traveling more than 60 miles one way or 120 miles round trip. WEAC usually puts 4 students in a room together so keep that in mind when you register who is attending. If you have more than 4 people attending from your chapter, they will be put in a room with another chapter with less than 4 people. Becky Bachman will be making the reservations for your chapter. The specific hotel information will be sent to you prior to the event.

NOTE: Following the Board meeting, WEAC will reimburse one car for mileage per chapter. We encourage carpooling as a chapter. In order to get reimbursed for mileage for your chapter, please fill out this form:
