WEAC - Board of Directors Meetings

Complete this form to confirm your attendance at the next WEAC Board of Directors Meeting. The hotel reservation deadline is June 26.
I will participate

 Hotel Information:
WEAC will make reservations for you at The Spark hotel at 102 E. Rusk Ave., Madison, 53713.
Only those who register through this site will have a reservation made for them by WEAC.  Board Members, with the exception of Aspiring Educators, Retired, At-Large/Minority Guarantee members and their alternates, are responsible for payment of the room directly to the hotel when they check in. The rate for this hotel is $119 plus tax for a double queen and $119 plus tax for a king studio. Breakfast is provided with this hotel.
The Hotel has a 72-hour cancellation policy. If you find you cannot attend this meeting, you are responsible for canceling your reservation with Becky Bachman (please request a response). If you do not cancel and you are a no-show, you will be billed for the cost of the room. WEAC will not assume responsibility for no-shows. You will also be required at check-in to present a credit card (do not use debit cards as a hold is put on all of your monies) for incidentals or if no credit card, a cash deposit will be required.
I would like WEAC to make a room reservation for me for Friday night
Please RSVP for lunch during the Board Meeting
