Hotel Information:Because of city wide events over this October weekend in Madison, there is a lack of hotel rooms available.  For this reason, we are starting the meeting later on Saturday morning at 11:00 a.m. to allow time for people to drive in.  We are recommending that if you live within 2 1/2 hours of travel time to the WEAC building in Madison, that you drive in for the day.   If you live further than 2 1/2 hours away, WEAC will make room reservations for you where we can find a hotel in the Madison area. 
I would like WEAC to make a room reservation for me for Friday night because I live more than 2 1/2 hours away.
