WEAC Secretary-Treasurer

Nathan Ugoretz

Nathan Ugoretz is a Wisconsin high school social studies teacher with 20 years of experience, currently serving as secretary-treasurer of the Wisconsin Education Association Council.

He was president of the Port Washington-Saukville Education Association and WEAC Region 3 in Northeast Wisconsin along with other leadership roles. Ugoretz earned his bachelor’s degree in social studies from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and his master’s degree in history from Cardinal Stritch University. He has a passion for travel and a dedication to addressing inequities in public schools.
